Abass Giwa Sariki is a man of determination who is a source of motivation to many, from being a labourer in the capital to guarding lands, selling and repairing bicycles, and eventually becoming a real estate developer who has impacted thousands of youths in Ghana and beyond.
Coming from a very humble beginning, he has transformed into a well-known businessman and entrepreneur for his work in real estate and other business ventures. In August 2024, he was enstooled as the Adantemhene of Okuapeman I at the Okuapehene’s palace. He was honored with the title because of his contributions to the community, including supporting the youth, creating businesses, and engaging in philanthropy. He made his first public appearance as a chief during the Odwira Festival in September 2024, dressed in full traditional regalia and accompanied by his entourage.

Abass Giwa Sariki is a Ghanaian businessman and socialite of Dagomba origin who has lived in both Accra and Akuapem for many years. He is widely recognized for his achievements in real estate and other business ventures, as well as for his generosity toward the youth and vulnerable in society. Through his philanthropy and community support, he became a respected figure in Okuapeman, where his contributions went beyond business to include empowering individuals and giving hope to many.
In August 2024, he was enstooled as the Adantemhene of Okuapeman at the Okuapehene’s palace, an honor that reflected his impact on the community despite not being a native of the area. His first public appearance as a chief came during the Odwira Festival in September 2024, where he was presented in full traditional regalia with his entourage.
